The brief
Ten years of building other people's products leaves one question open: what does the same engineer ship when nobody writes the ticket? Jobcraft is the answer — a job-search tool designed, built and operated alone, end-to-end.
The stack deliberately crosses the frontend border: an Angular application talking to a NestJS API, with a Python service alongside for the heavy reading, deployed and run on a Hetzner VPS under jobcraft.dev.
What shipped
An Angular frontend and a NestJS backend, designed and built solo.
A Python service working alongside the Node backend.
The full operational side: Hetzner VPS, domain, deployment — no platform team to hand it to.
A fuller write-up is on its way — the project is live and evolving.
